A PH22 forgot password problem has no reset page to find. The login dialog has a “Forgot Password?” control, and it opens live chat. This page belongs to the wider PH22 casino pages and shows how the reset goes, what to send and what to keep to yourself.
PH22 forgot password: the reset route in four steps
The Help Centre’s account page says a forgotten password is reset by contacting online customer service and giving the information it asks for. It adds that you should not disclose your personal information to others. That makes the live chat your only route.
- Open the lobby from a numbered link on the link hub.
- Press LOGIN, then “Forgot Password?” to open the live chat.
- Give your username and describe the problem in one sentence.
- Follow the instructions the chat gives, then sign in with the new password.
Registration asked for no mobile number and no e-mail, so the reset runs through the chat rather than a message to either.
Cause: the Forgot Password? control opens chat, not a form
You pressed Forgot Password? and expected a reset form, but a chat window opened
That is the designed behaviour. Type your username and say you need a password reset. If the chat does not load, reload from another numbered link on the hub, and see the PH22 customer service channels for the Telegram and Facebook routes.
Cause: the password is right but the login fails
You typed what you believe is your password and the dialog rejects it
Check the username before the password, since it cannot be changed after sign-up and a near-miss spelling fails every time. Retype the password slowly with caps lock off. After two careful tries, stop and use the chat instead of guessing repeatedly. The sign-in dialog is laid out on the PH22 login steps page.
Cause: someone asks for your password
A person claiming to be PH22 support asks for your password or fund password
Refuse. The Help Centre says to keep both passwords safe and not to trust anyone who asks for them for any reason. Support needs your username and details of the problem; it never needs either password. Close that conversation and start the live chat from inside the lobby.
The password rule for choosing a new one
The register dialog states the rule: if the password is longer than 6 characters, it must include both letters and numbers. A password such as moon2026 follows it, while a word alone does not. Pick something you do not use elsewhere.

The Help Centre also says to change the initial password after your first login. If you have not registered yet, the PH22 register fields show the dialog in order.
The fund password is a second password
PH22’s Help Centre says login and withdrawal use two different passwords. The fund password is entered for every withdrawal request. A reset of the login password does not tell you the fund password, and you should never write both in one note.
- Keep the login password and the fund password different from each other.
- Enter the fund password only inside the lobby’s withdrawal screen.
- If you forget the fund password, ask the live chat what it needs from you.
