To PH22 register, press REGISTER in the lobby header and complete five fields and one checkbox. The form is short, but two entries on it are permanent: the username and, later, the payee name. Start from a listed address, as the PH22 casino overview explains, and the form takes about two minutes.

How to PH22 register in six steps
Follow these in order and nothing on the form will surprise you.
- Open the lobby from one of the four links on the operator’s link hub, then wait for it to load.
- Press REGISTER in the header, beside LOGIN.
- Choose a username you will keep for good.
- Type your real name in uppercase letters without diacritics.
- Set a password, then repeat it in Confirm password.
- Solve the captcha, tick the 21 checkbox and submit.

The form has no mobile-number field and no e-mail field.
The username you cannot change
The Help Centre says it plainly: once the user name is submitted, it cannot be changed. Treat the field as a signature, not a draft.
You typed the username in a hurry and want to change it afterwards.
Do not submit until it is right. Read it aloud once, check for a doubled letter, and pick something you can type from memory on the PH22 login dialog next time.
Real name in uppercase and why it matters later
The Real name field asks for your full name in uppercase letters without diacritics. A name such as “Niño Dela Cruz” becomes NINO DELA CRUZ, with the tilde dropped and every letter capitalised. Type it the way your bank account shows it.

The reason shows up at the cashier. The Help Centre says bank details (bank, account number and payee name) are registered before your first withdrawal, not at sign-up, and that the payee name cannot be changed once it is submitted. A real name that matches your bank record keeps the two consistent.
The 21 checkbox
The last item on the form is a checkbox reading: I am 21 years old and agree to accept “User Agreement”. Tick it only if both parts are true. The Terms say users must be at least 21, and the footer carries a 21+ mark.

PH22 login register: what to do after you submit
Registering and signing in are two separate dialogs in the lobby header, and the same username and password feed the Login dialog. After you submit, press LOGIN and type the two fields back in.
- Open the Login dialog from the header.
- Type the username you just chose.
- Type the password you set.
- Keep both somewhere safe, since the Help Centre warns against sharing your login password with anyone.
PH22 login registration and the bank details that come later
Registration does not collect bank details. Those come before your first withdrawal, and the cashier screens inside the member center show what they need.

Register only on an address taken from the operator’s hub. The PH22 link list keeps the four addresses read on 1 October 2026, and a form on any address outside the lists is not worth typing into.
